This is a little tricky, it depends on how specific you are attempting to be. We are not real estate agents so we do not comb the MLS for land offerings that meet specific requirements. We purchase land at discounted rates from distressed companies and individuals and then offer it to you. Yes, you may use, at your own discretion, a buyer’s agent. Buyer’s agents must be identified on the first contact with our land representative and must accompany you on showings to receive full fee participation. Otherwise, the fee participation will be at the sole discretion of the Broker and P3 Land Sales, LLC.
